Dynamic young cellist Leo Popplewell, acclaimed for playing with “full-blooded commitment” and “delicious dancing grace”, studied at Clare College Cambridge and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He has performed at the Carnegie Hall New York, London’s Wigmore Hall, Barbican Hall and Southbank Centre and at festivals around the UK. Successes include masterclasses with Adrian Brendel, Pierre Doumenge and Alexander Baillie, Brian O’Kane, and Steven Isserlis at Wigmore Hall. In 2019 he won the Coro Nuovo Young Musician of the Year Competition and in 2017 he formed the Mithras Piano Trio which won first prize at the 10th Trondheim International Chamber Music Competition and were selected as BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artists for the 2021-23 seasons.

The much sought-after pianist, vocal coach and repetiteur Michael Pandya studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Royal Academy of Music and University of Oxford, and teachers have included Graham Johnson, Julius Drake, Michael Dussek and James Baillieu. Prestigious accompaniment prizes include the Gerald Moore Award, Kathleen Ferrier Awards, and Maureen Lehane Vocal Awards and he has performed at festivals all over the UK and Europe.
