The Brodowski Quartet

The Times newspaper has described the Quartet as ‘the new kids on the London scene’ when they were the 1st Prize winners of the 2008 Royal Overseas League Competition. Each member comes from a different country: Germany, Wales, Scotland and England and currently have a residency at Bristol University. Amongst other prizes, the Quartet were selected as the Park Lane Group Young Artists, giving a critically acclaimed recital at the Purcell Room in London. In this programme they will play Haydn Op.77 no.2, Shostakovich Quartet no.8 and Beethoven Quartet Op.59 no.1 Razumovsky .
