The Trio Goya play chamber music on period instruments. They take their name because of a "collective fascination with the rich and innovative trio repertoire that echoes the artistic development of Francisco Goya, 1746-1826". They concentrate on music by Haydn, Mozart and early Beethoven. They also play music by lesser known contemporaries. All three artists have international careers as soloists and in ensembles. We are delighted to have them here in Crediton.
Their programme features works by: Mozart, C.P.E Bach, Stephen Paxton and Haydn.
